To maximize stability and thermal insulation value, each door
section is filled with 100% CFC & HCFC free polyurethane foam
insulation using a continuous computer controlled process.
The result is a door which provides superior strength and
energy effieciency. The R value is 10.40.

components to ensure optimum strength,
durability and smooth operation of the
complete door system.
Polyurethane is our choice of insulation because it boasts
important advantages over polystyrene. Its high density
composition delivers higher R-value per inch of thickness.
Polyurethane offers greater resistance to moisture reducing
the risk of mold or mildew. It also possesses dimensional
stability and will not soften or melt, remaining strong even at
elevated temperatures.

The T-12 comes in standard heights of 6.5’ through 10’,
with the standard headroom requirement of 12”, however
low headroom kits are available for special
applications.

A multi-level Limited Warranty starting
with fifteen years against rust due to the

The elimination of all CFC’s and HCFC’s

Depletion Potential and zero Global
