Deuteronomy 8:3 And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee
with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might
make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that
proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live.
Matthew 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread
alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
Luke 4:4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by
bread alone, but by every word of God.
John 6:35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me
shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

Sharpen Your Sword Sunday
(Ez 21:9 & 11; Ps 7:12; 64:3; Is 49:2)
Ezekiel 21:9 Son of man, prophesy, and say, Thus saith the LORD; Say, A sword,
a sword is sharpened, and also furbished:
Ezekiel 21:11 And he hath given it to be furbished, that it may be handled: this
sword is sharpened, and it is furbished, to give it into the hand of the slayer.
Psalm 7:12 If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow, and made
it ready.
Psalm 64:3 Who whet their tongue like a sword, and bend their bows to shoot their
arrows, even bitter words:
Isaiah 49:2 And he hath made my mouth like a sharp sword; in the shadow of his
hand hath he hid me, and made me a polished shaft; in his quiver hath he hid me;

Sword in the Hand Sunday
(Ezek 30:22, 24 & 25)
Ezekiel 30:22 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against Pharaoh
king of Egypt, and will break his arms, the strong, and that which was broken; and
I will cause the sword to fall out of his hand.
Ezekiel 30:24 And I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, and put my
sword in his hand: but I will break Pharaoh's arms, and he shall groan before him
with the groanings of a deadly wounded man.
Ezekiel 30:25 But I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, and the arms
of Pharaoh shall fall down; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall
put my sword into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall stretch it out upon
the land of Egypt.

Ezekiel 30:21 Son of man, I have broken the arm of Pharaoh king of Egypt; and,
lo, it shall not be bound up to be healed, to put a roller to bind it, to make it strong
to hold the sword.

Isaiah 21:15 For they fled from the swords, from the drawn sword, and from the
bent bow, and from the grievousness of war.
Ezekiel 21:5 That all flesh may know that I the LORD have drawn forth my sword
out of his sheath: it shall not return any more.
Ezekiel 21:28 And thou, son of man, prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD
concerning the Ammonites, and concerning their reproach; even say thou, The
sword, the sword is drawn: for the slaughter it is furbished, to consume because of
the glittering:

(Ezekiel 21:15)
Ezekiel 21:15 I have set the point of the sword against all their gates, that their
heart may faint, and their ruins be multiplied: ah! it is made bright, it is wrapped
up for the slaughter.
