Petsky Prunier Completes Three Healthcare Transactions in Three Months
Sales of Group DCA and TGaS and Triple i’s Acquisition of Phoenix Marketing Highlight Petsky Prunier’s Experience and
Deep Network of Contacts in the Healthcare Marketing, Information, and Digital Media Spaces
November 15, 2010 (New York, NY) – Petsky Prunier has completed three healthcare transactions in three
months by leveraging the firm’s experience and deep network of contacts in the healthcare marketing, information,
and digital media spaces. Recently completed healthcare engagements include:

Group DCA, a digital communications agency with a proprietary software platform serving biopharmaceutical
companies has been sold to PDI, Inc. (Nasdaq: PDII), a leading provider of integrated promotional outsourced
services to health care companies. The deal was led by Petsky Prunier bankers Sanjay Chadda and Norm
Colbert.

TGaS Advisors, LLC, the premier provider of benchmark-based advisory services to the pharmaceutical and
biotech industry, on it sale to KnowledgePoint360 Group, a global leader in communications and information
services for healthcare professionals. The engagement was headed up by Jed Laird.
•
Triple i, a division of MediMedia and a marketing solutions leader to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology
industry, acquired of Phoenix Marketing Group, LLC, a provider of multi-channel pharmaceutical marketing
services. The transaction was led by Christopher French.
Petsky Prunier’s Healthcare practice draws on the strength of the entire firm’s banking team and is led by managing
director Chris French. French was previously co-head of strategic consulting firm Winterberry Group, a Petsky
Prunier company. Prior to joining Winterberry Group, French served as president and CEO of Cadient Group, a
private equity-backed, interactive marketing agency for life science companies. Previously, he served in a number of
capacities – including SVP of global solutions marketing and corporate development, as well as general counsel – at
Dendrite International, a provider of software, information, and service solutions to the global life sciences industry.
Prior to joining Dendrite, French was a mergers and acquisitions associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom,
a leading global law firm.
