SPECIFIC GRADING CRITERIA
GENERAL GRADING CRITERIA
Students will perform a 3 minute warm-up
Students will be graded on their attitude and participation,
(jogging, jump rope, etc)
dressing in correct P.E. uniform, and following directions.
Students will perform specific stretches needed
Students will perform various weight training exercises
Students will exhibit proper safety (spotting, proper form)

INSTRUCTIONAL STRATEGIES
Students will be introduced and learned the importance of participating in a well-rounded health promotion program
that includes proper nutrition, good health habits, and exercise for endurance, strength, and flexibility through lecture,
literature, and visual demonstrations.
