The CPacq System is exclusively available
for rental worldwide through Ashtead
Technology. The PMAC CPacq is a user
operated simplified cathodic protection
inspection system that does not require the
presence of a CP engineer. It can
be used by data recorders, ROV
pilots or survey/inspection
personnel. The system may be
used for CP surveys including
contact, proximity and field
gradient.
Boerger rotary lobe pumps are self-priming
positive displacement pumps suitable for all
kind of liquids, with low or high viscosities,
clean liquids or liquids with solid particles.
Pump capacities from 0.5 to 800 m3 hr and
pressure up to 12 bar. Different materials of
construction are available for rotor, rotor tips,
pump housing and shaft sealing to suit
different applications. Industries served
include oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical,
paint & ink, water & wastewater, paper,
ceramic, construction, mining, agriculture

The reciprocating power pumps by

spectroscopy (TDLAS) to measure moisture
in natural gas rapidly and accurately. The
analyser is suitable for

Hydraulic Systems
showcases Tobul
accumulators , a wide
variety of standard
bladder and piston
accumulators for
offshore application.
Tobul’s accumulators
are useful in fluid
power system to store
energy and to smooth pulsation. They are
suitable for absorbing shocks caused by rapid
operation of power cylinders in a hydraulic
circuit. They can be used to stabilise pressure
changes in hydraulic system when liquid is
subjected to rising or falling temperatures.
They may be used to dispense fluid under
pressure, such as lubricating greases and oils.
Jenmon International
introduces the
EUROBLOC VT.
A distinct feature of
this equipment is its drum unit being twice
as large as a standard drum. With the small
hook block displacement, standard reeving
hoist is used instead of a true vertical hoist.
Its key benefit is space maximisation,
especially in high land cost environment.
JDN Air
Winches from
J.D.NEUHAUS
utilise a self
lubricating vane
motor with
integrated brake
function for fewer
components. This
technology has been proven in JDN chain
hoist series, and results in reduced
maintenance costs, with no additional air
lubricant required. The winches with high
rope capacities are easy to operate, with a
fully variable speed lever control at the winch
or via E-Type or FI-Type pendant controls.
As an added safety feature the controls are
available with a main air emergency shut off
valve.
The NMS100 collars and flex collars for
horizontal drilling from Jorgensen Forge
Corporation, are available in 3-1/2” to 11”
OD. The collars provide outstanding service
in high-chloride environments at elevated
temperatures. Secondary-melt refining with
AOD technology results in very tight chemical
composition control. The company’s proven,
patented chemistry limits the carbon content
to less that 0.035%, and contains sufficient
columbium to prevent any chromium carbide
precipitation. This provides the best
sensitisation protection of any drill collar
material on the market today.
The API compliant KAM OWD Oil Water
Detector, from KAM Controls, is rugged, easy
to use, and extremely accurate, making it
the ideal instrument for continuously
monitoring water concentration in your
pipeline. Patented microwave sensors
measure the conductivity, diaelectric, and
both the real and imaginary part of permittivity
of fluid with an extremely high
degree of accuracy, and
measurements is fully automatic
without the need for operator
intervention or supervision. The
output signal can be sent to flow
computers, SCADA, PLC's or to a
central control room for logging
or display on
chart recorders
or monitors.
KS Distribution Pte Ltd, comprising of AquaTerra Supply Co., KS Flow Control and SSH
Corp., is an integrated oil & gas and marine
distribution services business. SSH specialises

MEP Systems launches the 250T Anchor
Handling Towing Winch (ANT Winch), with
two waterfall type drums. It comes with auto
spooling devices. Each drum’s pull rate is up
to 250 tons x 8m/min and brake holding up
to 350 tons. Driven by 6 x Staffa hydraulic
motors, it is designed with adjustable wire
rope back tension, emergency release and
power failure braking function. Weighing 97
tons, this AHT Winch measures 8000mm(L)
x 4700mm(W) x 5200mm(H), and is the
largest delivered in MEP's track record.
Mermaid Sapphire is a purpose-built DP2
ROV & air diving support vessel by Mermaid
Offshore Services. It is designed for operation
of dual deepwater work-class ROV’s (Quasar
Compact or Triton XLX) plus optional
inspection-class ROV. The ROV’s are installed
on a dedicated raised deck level, leaving all
backdeck space for project equipment.
Mermaid Sapphire is also equipped with
state-of-the-art subsea inspection data
acquisition and data management systems.
A 23T knuckle-boom crane,and auxiliary 5T
crane are also installed. Mermaid Sapphire
is equipped with substantial office space,
online/offline survey room, hospital, and a
gymnasium. Accommodation comprises 60
berths (4 x 1-man and 28 x 2-man) and all
cabins have ensuite bathrooms.

Norwegian Pacific Maritime Inc is a shipping
company/ship owner engaged in chartering
vessels to international and domestic clients
who are in need of hydrographic survey,
seismic survey, geophysical survey, towing,
accommodation vessel, underwater
trenching, cable laying, repairs of power and
fiber optic cables and ROV operations. The
company aims to provide and assure
professional quality services to meet clients'
requirements and satisfaction.
PAMAS GmbH is a worldwide active
company focused on high quality particle
measuring systems. Whenever it comes to
particle counting and sizing, PAMAS answers
the needs for applications including oil and
fluid contamination control, water analysis,
online monitoring of lube oil and hydraulic
fluids, hydraulic and water in Christmas Trees,
HPU's, subsea umbilicals, hydraulic
accumulators, valves and control systems.
The jackup rig that is currently being built in
Petro Vietnam Marine Shipyard base is the
Super 116EClass of Le Tourneau Technologies
Inc. It is designed to drill in up to 90 metres
of water in moderate environmental locations
and can be outfitted to handle high
temperature/high pressure wells.
One of the most impressive aspects of the
NSK Singapore is the sheer range of expertise
and experience in bearing design and
manufacture. Each day, more than three
million NSK bearings are being used in
diverse range of products, ranging from
miniature bearings of 1mm bore to a massive
5m in diameter.
Offshore Seals Asia has the necessary
technical expertise to satisfy equipment
operators and field service engineers to save
expensive downtime cost. The company has
secured contracts and successfully
manufactured and delivered oilfield
equipment such as prongs, plugs, sub-surface
safety valves components, back pressure
valves, gas lift vales and lock mandrels, from
its manufacturing facility in Singapore.

The Deoiler Cyclones from
Process Group are used to
recover oil from oily-water
streams. These Cyclones
are usually installed in
pressure vessels in a
cluster, with the
required number (1-400)
of Cyclones Liners to match the
water flow rate. Cyclone Liners are made in
a range of sizes, (30-70 mm diameter) and
constructed from duplex stainless steel, with
other material options available. Liner blanks
are used where water rates vary over time,
and the number of Deoiler Cyclone Liners
needs to be varied accordingly.

production mill
of 400,000
square metres.
It will produce
seamless pipes
from 8'' to 24''
to a maximum length of 16m. Capacity
planned is 20,000 tons yearly and will operate
in the first quarter of 2011. Pipe sizes up to
32'' will be produced by 2015.

vessels and offshore installations. Helideck
Monitoring System (HMS) is
ShoreConnection’s primary product, and the

HMS to more

displays the helideck movements and weather

for safe helicopter operation.
Sichuan Honghua Petroleum Equipment
features a jack-up platform drilling module
of 30,000 feet in depth. The capacity is
integrated with the newest technologies
including cantilever substructure, tower
derrick, pipe arranging system, direct-driving
top drive, compact draw-works, large torque
hydraulic rotary table, driller's cabin and
direct-driving pump set etc. The horizontal
extending scope of the rig cantilever is large

of cluster drilling.

corrugated metal gaskets (Cmg). The
company carries 2 types of Cmg - without
and/or with overlaid graphite or PTFE layers
on both sides of the
corrugated metal
surface. The sealing
effect is formed by
the constant load to
which the gasket is
exposed to. Cmg are excellent products for
both standard flanges and heat exchangers
where there is low bolt load and high gasket
stresses. These gaskets can be fabricated in
various shapes with no limitations to sizes.

Trident Australia Manufacturing introduces
the flushing pump, an
axial piston pump
designed to
operate up to
200 bar @ 50
l/min. It has a
manual hand
wheel/screw
adjustment to
control the flow.
The pump has a minimum
displacement stop to ensure that the pump
never operates at zero flow. There is a
recirculation rotary internal gear pump
which is located next to the flushing pump
and is used to lubricate and cool the flushing
pump case cavity. This always operates
when the flushing pump is in operation.
The new and improved ICU provides the
Vidisco portable X-ray inspection
systems with a new edge. It is rock solid,
field tested and weather proof, enabling
fast and reliable data transmission and

processing projects, and conducted audits

Companies with focus on new Upstream
capital projects, addresses technical / business
issues, influences technology development
within materials and corrosion discipline
and mentors others within his area of
expertise.
Dr Vactor has three decades
of experience as an
economist specializing in
energy and natural resource
issues. He has appeared as an expert witness
on economic and energy issues in a variety
of cases; including gasoline marketing, crude
oil pricing, electricity market structures, index
pricing, and the natural gas industry. He has
managed the development of large data
storage and retrieval projects at the
International Energy Agency of the OECD in
Paris and for Texaco, Arco, BP, and Exxon in
the United States. He has authored numerous
books and articles on energy issues, including
An Introduction to the Global Oil and Gas
Business, published in January 2010.
