A) Equipment Engineers Responsibilities Transfer front-end semiconductor equipment technology for first article production leading to volume manufacturing Work with manufacturing engineers in meeting manufacturing quality and cost for timely manufacturing deliveries Involve in suppliers selection, quote process and supply chain management Develop business processes and engage in continuous improvement on work processes Involve in quality, productivity, cost reduction and engineering change management activities Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/ Technology or other equivalent degree in the engineering field Hands on equipment experience would be advantageous Strong analytical, technical and project management skills Willingness to travel occasionally B) Manufacturing Engineers Responsibilities Involve in operational, resource and manpower planning for manufacturing operations Ensure smooth and efficient production operations in the assembling and testing of semiconductor equipment Lead a team of technical staff in meeting production targets at highest quality and lowest cost Involve in the improvement of business processes and reduction of cycle time Work with equipment engineers in new product introduction and resolve day-today technical issues Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/ Technology or other equivalent degree in the engineering field Hands on equipment experience would be advantageous Strong analytical, problem solving, trouble shooting and interpersonal skills Must be willing to work on 12 hrs compressed shifts
