Join Sara Riel Inc. as we host the largest public Mental Wellness
Expos in the province. More than 50 agencies, whose focus is on
mental health support services, counselling, health and wellness,
leisure and recreation, housing, employment, and much more,
will have representatives on hand to explain their specific
services and to answer all of your questions
The Six Dimensions of Wellness
The focus of this year’s expo is a model which looks at
recovery through an awareness of the interconnectedness
of each specific dimension – Emotional, Intellectual,
Physical, Spiritual, Occupational and Social – and how
they, working together, contribute to healthy living.
Throughout the day, participants and visitors to
the expo will be invited to listen to six invited speakers,
each presenting the importance of one of the dimensions
and its contribution to the recovery process.
