Coordinator logged 45 calls. Most calls were escalations and responded to within the 48 hour window. (Some notification e-mails are going to my Spam folder) Vocalocity has been purchased by and morphed into Vonage. There are some changes, but not enough to really attract attention, so those minor changes have caused some disruptions in service, especially as regards volunteers logging into the switchboard. Most have now mastered these changes. Salesforce is functioning with no downtime. I cannot log into the CN. This has limited my ability to add new volunteers to the CN list. Linda Parry has requested and received moderator privileges for the list and is helping me work around this issue. Shelly Stanley and the IT team have been unable to discover what is causing this issue.
