commissioning ad tery of AC system.

Delivery Period: : 12 days
Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 2

years. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use
non-discretionary â pass/failâ criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall
be conducted.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance
Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of
Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules
and Regulation (IRR).

The BAC will issue to prospective bidders Eligibility Forms at BAC Secretariat, Bicol
University Polangui Campus Administrative Office upon their payment of a non-refundable
amount of
P 200.00 to the Bicol University Polangui Campus Cashier.
Bid Documents will be available only to bidders declared by the BAC to be eligible for the
bidding upon payment of a non-refundable amount of THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED
FIFTY PESOS
( P 3,250.00) to the BICOL UNIVERSITY POLANGUI CAMPUS Cashier.
The BICOL UNIVERSITY POLANGUI CAMPUS assumes no responsibility whatsoever to
compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bids. The
BICOL UNIVERSITY POLANGUI CAMPUS reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to
annul the bidding process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without
thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
