Pursuant to the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 10 November 2011,
Aranda Investments Pte. Ltd. has sold all of its 127,867,100 ordinary shares
of StarHub Ltd to Asia Mobile Holdings Pte. Ltd. Accordingly, Aranda
Investments Pte. Ltd. has ceased to have any interest in the ordinary shares
of StarHub Ltd.
Aranda Investments Pte. Ltd. is wholly owned by Seletar Investments Pte
Ltd which is wholly owned by Temasek Capital (Private) Limited which is
wholly owned by Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited. Asia Mobile Holdings
Pte. Ltd. is an indirect subsidiary of Singapore Technologies Telemedia Pte
Ltd which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings (Private)
Limited.

Pursuant to the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 10 November 2011,
