From the dairy to the dining room,
goji’s controls the development,
production and distribution of its
yogurt. Our exclusive brand yogurt
contains six live and active cultures
and we are committed to producing
the cleanest, purest yogurt possible.
goji’s is an industry leader, offering lowfat, no-fat, gluten-free and certified kosher
yogurts and now proudly introduces Almond
Milk yogurt to the Canadian market. This
new line will appeal directly to customers
who are dairy intolerant as well as the
growing vegan population. Almond Milk
yogurt is exclusive to goji’s and represents
a new niche in the Canadian market.

How Much Will My Store Cost?
There are many variables when looking at projected costing of a turnkey store and while
goji’s franchising corp. is happy to provide the following guideline, it is for estimation
purposes only. Actual costs may vary.

Space requirements
range from 1200 - 1400 sq. ft.
Preferred power requirements - 400amps
Budget Breakdown
There are two parts that make up
the total budget: goji’s franchise and
construction.
goji’s Franchise
The franchise provides a complete store
package including unstamped plans,
all equipment, fi xtures, exterior and
interior signage, POS system, furniture,
training and support.

Space requirements
range from 1500 - 1800 sq. ft.
Preferred power requirements - 400amps
Franchise Fee:
$25,000.00

The project is managed by goji’s
franchise in conjunction with the
building contractor and franchisee.
goji’s franchise represents approximately two thirds of the budget.
*Liquid Assets or cash on hand is
included in total store model costs.
This is necessary to cover utility
and lease deposits, HST/GST, etc.
Construction
Operating Capital:
While goji’s franchise creates concept
drawings and commissions unstamped
plans, the franchisee hires their own
contractor and controls the actual
construction of the store.
HST/GST Capital:
goji’s maintains communication
and support with the franchisee and
contractor through email, phone calls
and on-site visits to ensure that all
questions are answered and timelines
are met.
Construction represents approximately
one third of the budget.
