Study Guide for Test 4- Final Exam
Psychology 101-13
**Please note: This is a study guide that I created for you to help guide you through THE
BOOK on what topics to NOT study/read. Therefore, this is only a list of topics which should be
used to help you study when you are determining which questions to answer from your book’s
study guide (the one you bought), or from the website and in general which topics to read and
brush up on. **
Please note that this study guide is a little different from the previous ones. Because we only
covered 3 chapters I said that you should be very familiar with these because the test will get into
details (for example of symptoms of disorders). Therefore, I am ONLY listing the topics below
that you are NOT responsible for. You can expect everything else to be fair game to be asked on
the test.
This test will cover the readings listed in your syllabus from chapters 12, 14, & 15 from your
book.
Chapter 12
DO NOT worry about Jung’s Analytical Psychology section (section in pgs. 486-487)
DO NOT worry about Adler’s Individual Psychology section (section in pgs. 487-489)
DO NOT worry about Contemporary Empirical Approaches to Personality (huge section of pgs.
506-510)
Chapter 14
Know everything
Chapter 15
Know everything
As you go through and mark off the sections that you are not responsible for, if you notice a
section that we did not cover in class and it is not listed on this page to not worry about, I would
suggest being thoroughly familiar with any terms and concepts and being able to apply them!
