Evidence of a personal faith in Jesus Christ and a consistent Christian lifestyle.
Sixty semester hours (90 quarter hours) transferable credit from accredited colleges or universities. Courses with grades of C- or
better and course numbers over 100 are generally acceptable.
•
Most Chemeketa courses with a letter prefix and numbered 100-299 are acceptable
•
Up to 12 semester hours (18 quarter hours) of practicum and Cooperative Work Experience credits are allowed.
•
Up to 40 semester hours (60 quarter hours) of vocational-technical credits may be accepted.
•
A maximum of 70 semester hours (105 quarter hours) are transferable from accredited two-year colleges
A writing sample that demonstrates the competency required to function in this program.

CORBAN ACCELERATED ONLINE:
A year-round online program through Corban University offering a variety of courses to fulfill
General Education and Elective requirements. Classes are conducted entirely online.
PORTFOLIO:
Up to 30 semester hours of credit for prior learning can be applied to the degree requirement.
Portfolio credits can only be earned after starting the Healthcare Administration program.
TESTING:
Through the College Level Examination Program (CLEP) or DANTES/DSST. Testing can be done
before acceptance into the program.
B.S. in PSYCHOLOGY: FAMILY STUDIES CORE CURRICULUM:
The Family Studies concentration is a degree completion program, which provides an environment that nurtures a Christian perspective to educate and
train students to become family life educators whose goal is to develop and promote family wellness.
