Is your PC protected from virus attacks?
To keep your PC or notebook permanently protected
against viruses, you must have an antivirus installed,
updated, enabled and correctly configured.
Is your PC or notebook adequately protected by the
Trend Mirco antivirus, which is the standard software
used for Puncak Semangat group of companies?
If you do not have the appropriate software installed,
please contact Helpdesk at
support@synergycentric.com.my
to arrange for the necessary installations.

Desktop PC checks at Wisma Amtek
Synergycentric Sdn Bhd (ScSB) has deployed
desktop engineers to Puncak Semangat
Technology (PST) offices located at Wisma Amtek.
The engineers will be going round to the users’
workstation to check that the desktop PCs are
functioning well.
If you’ve noticed an existing problem or fault with
your PC, be sure to bring that to the attention of
the engineers.

ScSB supports CDC at Cyberjaya
ScSB has appointed a dedicated desktop engineer to
support Commerce Dot Com (CDC) at their Helang and
eMerak Offices at Cyberjaya. The engineer is located on
site.
The ScSB engineers have refreshed and reinstalled the
Operating System for 33 units of notebooks at the eMerak
Training Center. Improvements in the performance of the
notebooks were reported after the exercise.

GO LIVE SOON!
A new Call Center Solution has been implemented
by ScSB for Commerce Dot Com (CDC). The solution
has been in operation since November 2010.
