Team Operating Agreement-Team #9
Mission Statement:
Provide solutions in lean method to the packaging industry through effective communication, work
ethic, timely completion of tasks, and accountability to all members of the team.
Objective:
Our objective is to consult and provide a solution to a packaging company to improve their
inventory control process by using mobile applications. In order to accomplish this assignment,
we need the following:
● We will define customer's needs
● We will define the inventory control process and how technology through mobile
applications can improve production efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction and
reduce human errors.
● We will research varies mobile applications related to inventory control.
● We will collect data relating to this project
● We will present the researched information to client in a formal report format and via
voice over presentation.
● We commit to complete tasks and meet the deadlines as described in Work Break
Down and Structure section and attend team meetings as per below planned schedules.
● Each member will require a photo of the member and a computer, laptop, tablet or IPad
with access to Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint) and the internet.
Preparation and Quality
We as a Team are expected to work together as one unit providing the required deliverables per
each of our individual roles. Team meetings and schedule provided by professor are our guide,
and tools to properly prepare for meeting deadlines, and turning in assignments. Each member
will have an opportunity to review one another’s work to make suggestions or additions. All work
will be completed 2 days prior to professors set due dates in order to proofread and make
correction if need be.

The team decisions will be made in a democratic format.
Quality Definition
Quality within our team can be defined as placing an emphasis on detailed research and citing as
pertaining to introducing new material to the project. Quality as a team calls for effective
communication and response whether it is via face to face, video conferencing, email, or text
messaging. In order to channel quality throughout this project there is a need to understand
ethics, integrity, and accountability.
Work Break Down and Structure
Daryl Little- Project Manager:
● Ensures that all deadlines are being met.
● Assists in all functions of project.
● Communicates with all team members both collectively and individually to ensure all are
in alignment.
Jett Hattaway- Presentation Coordinator:
● Responsible for editing and assembling the presentation.
● Works closely with Project Manager to meet upcoming deadlines.
● Takes note and minutes of meetings
Emma Hopper - Report Coordinator:
● Responsible for the formal report and editing of formal report.
Suk-Ching Barrett (May)- Webmaster:
● Responsible for the team website.
● Creates team logo, color scheme and layout for the site.
● Populates the template with each team member’s information.
● Creates the site, publishes it, tests it and then releases it to the team members for them
to publish.
● Work closely with Project Manager to meet upcoming deadlines.
Julius Willgren- Research Coordinator:
● Responsible for research links and sources.
● Assists the Formal Report Coordinator with editing and compiling the formal report.
Note: aside to above responsibilities, each member will publish a team site and contribute
research resources, approximate 3-5 pages on the report and approximate 4-5 slides on the
presentation with audio.

Non Compliance
In order to retain the integrity of the team and Mission statement accountability if necessary, we
as the Kennesaw Consulting Group have at this time put in place the necessary discipline to
member’s who have shown complacency to the efforts of the team.
If a/or member(s) misses 2 consecutive meeting whether it be face to face or via other forms of
communications without any notification this member will be forfeited from the team.
If a/or member(s) misses 2 consecutive due dates of assignments this member will be forfeited.
