During this time, Ross has lead transaction teams in executing a significant number of completed transactions in an exceptionally wide range of industries. Prior to joining MMCA, Ross was a Partner at two boutique investment banking firms – Solaris Capital Advisors Inc. and Orenda Corporate Finance Ltd. Before joining Orenda in 1992, Ross was a Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance Group of KPMG. Ross graduated with an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator.
