*Please bring a non-returnable photo of yourself, your football highlight reel, and coach
references to the open call.
*Please note there will be no physical testing done at this open call.

STEP 2: Make a 10-Minute videotape*
STEP 3: Mail the application, videotape and a non-returnable photo of yourself by

*WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR VIDEOTAPE:

ACCEPTABLE FORMATS: VHS Tape, Mini DV Tape, or DVD
•
LENGTH: 10-20 minutes max. (include any highlight reels/footage)
•
CONTENT: You must be featured the entire time. Show us why you should be
on the show. Be sure to answer questions from the application as a starting point.
Make your video as personal as possible. Start the video with your name and
hometown. Show us, don’t just tell us, why you would be great for this project.
Remember, we want to see your personality. Tell us what prevented you from
making it to the pros. Please include any highlight footage you may have. Sell
yourself as a candidate for professional football. AND LET’S HEAR YOUR
STORY!

LABEL: Please clearly label the tape with your name & phone number

PAPERWORK: Be sure to include your application and pictures of you playing
football. Do not send originals as they will not be returned.

All submissions will become the sole property of the producers once submitted,
and will not be returned to you, whether or not you are selected. It is a good idea
to make a copy for yourself in case your package is lost in the mail.
