Paramount Fine Foods consists of a unique team of individuals with various strengths that diversify Paramount. We are always looking to expand our dynamic team. “Many people believe that business success brings happiness, but they are mistaken. Happiness is more than a bank statement, an asset or the bottom line. Immerse your company with a team who you value as a second family. Success is wonderful but, success surrounded by family is Paramount.” – Mohamad Fakih, CEO Paramount Fine Foods. Mission Statement “Lead the market in the Canadian Middle Eastern restaurant industry” We stand on paramount quality, paramount freshness, paramount service and the difference is noticeably Paramount. Paramount is not an expectation, it’s our name. Vision Statement “To bring fresh, healthy, high quality and certified Halal Middle Eastern cuisine to the diverse culture of Canada” To change the standard “shawarma” restaurant surroundings into an elegant, but casual, relaxed dining experience, all the while maintaining an environment where our guests are encouraged to taste the difference that our authentic recipes present. PARAMOUNT FRANCHISE GROUP INC. 2 Becoming a Franchise Partner The selection of a new Paramount Franchise partner is an important decision involving an extensive interview/approval process. Not everyone who applies for a franchise meets the criteria to be a Paramount restaurant franchisee. For mutual success and satisfaction, we must ensure that each restaurant franchisee possesses the necessary entrepreneurial drive, management skills, financial means and dedication that is required in today’s competitive market. Paramount satisfies the strategic Halal niche market. The Halal market was generally overlooked. Entrepreneurs often don’t understand the details of practice that pertain to Halal and those in the Halal food service industry are not able to sustain the size of restaurant that Paramount Fine Foods operates. These features allow Paramount to saturate the industry. With a completely alcohol free menu and environment, Paramount takes Halal very seriously and that is one of the reasons behind our success. We take pride in our Halal practices and offer information to those of all ethnic or religious backgrounds who want to know more about what they are eating. The Paramount strategy is to deliver an outstanding guest experience through a high level of service. Our expansion strategy in 2015 include stores in Ontario, Western Canada and the USA. In the Paramount franchise system, the selection of the best people followed by a comprehensive training program and ongoing operational and marketing support from our executive team, has allowed the chain to continue its expansion and remain Canada’s largest Middle Eastern family restaurant.
