Twin Lakes Management Company Marina Operations Manager Salary – DOE $60,000 TO $72,000 annually, Full Time with Benefits Twin Lakes Management Company (TLMC), located at Lakes McSwain and McClure, is currently recruiting for a MARINA OPERATIONS MANAGER. Under general supervision of the Chief Operations Officer, the Marina Operations Manager will direct and supervise the daily management, maintenance and development of three full service lake marinas and associated mooring fields, including four resort style retail stores, two café grille restaurants, three boat rental operations, three fuel dock and dock services operations, including transient and longāterm berthing and extensive lake mooring and dock maintenance. Selected candidate will plan, coordinate, supervise, and control through subordinates the daily operation, maintenance and customer service of all locations; recruit, train, motivate, evaluate and discipline when appropriate, a diverse group of personnel; provide exceptional customer service to visiting and resident patrons; develop and adhere to marina and boatyard industry best management practices, procedures and guidelines; ensure the safe, effective, and efficient operation of docks, mooring fields, retail stores, restaurants, boat rentals, work boats, and other customer services for employees and patrons; develop and maintain marina overall and individual budgets, inventories, and other financial records. Qualifications include any combination of experience and education that would prepare the candidate for the duties and responsibilities of the position. Minimum of five (5) years Supervisory or Management experience in a marine industry environment with a strong background in customer service, operations, and marina dock and mooring experience. Hospitality customer service experience and fuel dock, pump out and dock service systems, including environmental guidelines and clean marina guidelines, preferred. Must possess a valid class C driver’s license and the ability to maintain insurability under vehicle insurance program. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field a plus.
