Position Overview: Reporting to the fuel dock supervisor, the attendant is a multifaceted role which requires working a variety of shifts, in a team environment. The attendant is responsible to ensure the highest standard of operations, cleanliness and safety of the Fuel Dock. The attendant observes the Marina’s Standards for Excellence and Value to support excellent marina guest experiences. Roles and Responsibilities: Department Operations Responsible for following company policies and procedures Selling fuel , retail goods and cross selling other marina services Sell and administer nightly guest moorage Support activities for the fuel dock strategic goals Consistently and accurately completing moorage checks, meter reads and monitoring all vessels in Van Isle Marina Marina Services Ensure all activities are aligned with the Marina’s Purpose Statement Commitment to the Marina Standards for Excellence and Value Conscientiously using the visual marina software system to manage moorage reservations 2320 Harbour Road, Sidney, B.C.
