Proposal for opening Pizza World’s Outlet
Pizza World of Indore is the first pizza restaurant of country which began in
1994, much before multinational brands like Pizza Hut and Dominos came to
India. This way, we have more than 18 years of experience in successfully
running a pizza restaurant.
Apart from the restaurant, Pizza World has its own manufacturing unit
which manufactures all the equipment required for pizza restaurant. We
manufacture small version of Impinger oven, the ultimate pizza oven in
which very hot air (2800C) penetrates into the pizza and makes it crispy.
All multinational brands like Pizza Hut and Dominos use Impinger oven for
making pizza. Our Impinger oven is capable of producing 60, 8”, crispy pizza
in one hour i.e. one pizza per minute to cater the need of large crowd at a
restaurant. The price of our impinger over is almost half of imported oven with
5 years service warranty.
Pizza World is a pioneer in pizza industry in India. With 19 years of
experience and full technological infra-structure, Pizza World’s franchise
system is the best in the country. We have solved every problem related to
production of pizza, quality control, management and after-sale-service by
the use of latest technology. With such service qualities, the Pizza World’s
franchise outlet can be started with a capital of Rs.10 lacs approximately.
Whereas the franchise outlet of pizza Hut and Dominos may cost up to 1
Crore.
Services provided by pizza world for opening the pizza outlet:
1. We will provide all machineries, equipments and accessories which are
required for large scale production of pizza and other items mentioned in
Menu of Pizza World.
2. We will provide free service warranty to all equipments for 5 years.
3. One month training will be given to staff members for preparation of pizza
base, buns for garlic bread and burger.
4. After this basic training, the staff members will be trained to cook all the
items of Pizza World’s menu card.
5. The staff member will be given management training so that the
restaurant runs smoothly even in absence of owner of the outlet. Our

management system is so powerful that owner need not worry about
misuse or theft of raw material and any kind of manipulation.
6. We will develop complete pizza home delivery system because a big
fraction of turnover comes from sale of pizza by home delivery. We have
a unique home delivery system which no brand in the world has. This
is called PAN-DELIVERY SYSTEM, in which a hot and crispy pizza is
delivered to customers.
7. Pizza World also offers separate franchise outlet (optional) for a front
counter. A front counter is 8’ x 2’ counter on which low cost items like
momos, nachos, brusheta, tachos, hot-dog, rolls are prepared and sold.
The front counter can be started if there is enough space available in
front of outlet.
8. We will complete all the miscellaneous jobs required to start the pizza
outlet. For example preparation of menu cards, designing of glow sign
board, electrical fitting and providing software by which entire outlet will
be managed, etc.
9. We will design entire advertisement campaign for the pizza outlet
because we know which ad medium is most effective and cost effective.
10. As general practice, Pizza World’s chef is always present in new kitchen
at the day of opening. He monitors the procedures, taste, quality etc. for
seven days.
Space requirement for outlet:
A minimum of 500 sq.ft. space will be required for opening the pizza outlet.
Out of 500 sq.ft., 300 sq.ft. space will be used for restaurant and 200 sq.ft. for
kitchen. In addition to this, storage space will be required for storage of pizza
boxs and other items. Interior of restaurant will be done by owner. But the
kitchen layout will be made by us. The specification of electrical wiring will be
supplied by us.
Time period for opening the outlet:
A minimum of 2 months and maximum of 3 months after the date of
agreement are required to open the outlet. In case imported oven is opted,
this time can be reduced to slightly more than a month.

These equipment may cost up to Rs. 3 lac approx.; In addition to these
equipment, accessories are required such as: utensils, serving pans, baking
pans, and cutlery. In order to start home delivery of pizza, expenses have
to be incurred on purchase of bikes fitted with pizza carriage. In addition, a
computer system loaded with business software is a must to control every
activity/procedure of the pizza outlet.
Salient features of Pizza World Franchise:
1. The automatic impinger pizza oven provided by Pizza World is capable
of producing pizzas equivalent to sale of more than Rs. 60,000/- on eight
hours working basis, every day.
2. The equipment supplied by Pizza World are designed and manufactured
user and service friendly. Even staff member can repair and service the
machines by following the instruction given in service manual.

Franchise fee:
Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five lacs) one time. An amount of 20% has to be
paid at the time of agreement, service tax extra.
