1st Wednesday/Thursday FOOD DAY
On the 1st Wednesday (Thursday for 3-day classes) we will be
serving pizza at lunch. The students and teachers will be able to
purchase a meal: 2 slices of pizza, water (flavoring available), and a
dessert. The cost will be $6.00, any extra pizza slices will be available for $1.00 each.
Each student/teacher will need to turn in a form to make sure enough pizza is available.
Below are the dates of Pizza Day. If you would like to pay for the rest of year at this time, please do. Or you
can continue to pay month to month. BUT please note if we do not have payment ahead of time we can NOT
guarantee pizza will be available.
Pizza choice will include cheese, pepperoni, 3 meat.
Turn in the form below and the money to your child’s first teacher of the day by October 28/29, 2015 for
November pizza day.
NO LATE ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. NO EXTRA LUNCHES WILL BE AVAILABLE
