Proposals will be selected by a commission from both institutions. Speakers will be asked to submit
a completed version of their talk in advance.
Please encourage colleagues and students abroad to attend. An E-book will be edited and presented
at our final event.

FINAL SELECTION: Speakers whose proposals will be selected will be sent an email on JULY 15,
2011, with a draft of the Conference Programme and logistics.

Speech length: 10 minutes + Q&A
− Attachment: Proposals (max 1000 words) Proposals should be attached in a Microsoft Word or
Open Office file and should include the name(s) of the presenter(s), the title of presentation and
should respond to the following key issues: 1. Relevance to the panel the speaker submits the
proposal to 2. Description of presentation 3. Media/short bibliography of reference 4. Language:
English and /or Italian Proposals will be translated in both languages, so it is possible to submit an
Italian and an English version of them.
