Students in the Law School/Business School combined degree program are charged Law tuition rates for Law courses and MBA or MSIS
tuition rates for Business courses.

SCU students studying at an international exchange institution pay tuition to SCU at standard rates. Students from international exchange
institutions studying at SCU pay tuition to their home institution.

SCU students studying at a domestic visiting institution pay tuition to the institution they are attending. Students from a domestic visiting
institution studying at SCU pay tuition to SCU at the standard rate.

Students in the Law School consortium (SCU, USF, Golden Gate University, UC Davis) take courses at their home institution and can take
a class at a consortium institution. Students from consortium schools taking classes at SCU have tuition suppressed.

Students from Florida State studying in the SCU Oxford program pay tuition at a rate of $750 per unit in 2015. Students from Thomas M.
Cooley Law School pay tuition to SCU at a rate comparable to that charged to their students by other study abroad programs ($750 per unit
in 2015). Students from Charlotte School of Law pay tuition at a rate of $850 per unit. If five or more students from the University of New
Hampshire enroll, tuition is charged at $850 per unit; if fewer than five enroll, tuition is $1000 per unit. If five or more students from the
Lewis and Clark Law School enroll, tuition is charged at $850 per unit; if fewer than five enroll, tuition is $1000 per unit.

The Law registration cancellation fee is not assessed fall semester of the first year of enrollment.
