Hilton Foods Ireland has installed 4 No. ACV HeatMaster 200N Units, fired on Riello
R40GS20 Gas Burners. These supply the large demand of hot water required for the
food manufacturing company. 1 No. ACV Jumbo 1,000 Calorifier is also used as a buffer
vessel for peak demand times.
The HeatMaster is a high-performance hot water generator that can also be used as a
boiler for heating. It combines the advantages of integrated hot water storage generators
and direct hot water generators whilst avoiding the drawbacks of bulkiness, cost and
operating efficiency on the one hand and the problem of lime scale formation on the
other.
