She is currently the President of Mind Redesign Consulting, a company that she founded twelve years ago to provide organizational development services to public, private and nonprofit organizations. Mind Redesign projects typically include organizational and Board development, executive leadership coaching, executive search and transitioning, project management, human resource consulting, program planning, education and training, fund development, meeting planning, special events and motivational speaking, and group facilitation. Mind Redesign Consulting has assisted with over a hundred organizations, impacting thousands of individuals. Eloiza’s professional experience includes Executive Director of the Society for Clinical Data Management (SCDM), an international professional society, Council of Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC), a national credentialing organization and of the Wisconsin Certification Board (WCB), a statewide credentialing organization, the Foundation for Addictions Research and Education (FARE), a statewide education-based Foundation, and the Wisconsin Association for Addictions, Public Policy and Education (WAAPPE), a statewide advocacy organization. She has also been an Adjunct Professor at Springfield College for the past six years in the Human Services graduate program and past professor at Alverno College in the Psychology Department. Eloiza has a Masters of Science in Human Services, with an emphasis in Management and Organizational Leadership from Springfield College and two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Alverno College in Clinical Psychology and Professional Communications. She is also a Certified Association Executive (CAE), through the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and a Human Services Board Certified Practitioner (HS-BCP) through the Center for Credentialing and Education. Eloiza has been actively involved for over twelve years with international, national, statewide and local committees, Boards, and advisory groups. These groups include the Women’s Fund of Greater Milwaukee, ASAE Certified Association Executive (CAE) Commission, International Certification Reciprocity Consortium (ICRC), Woodlands Charter School, Latino Community Center (LCC), and the Alverno College Alumni Association. Eloiza has also been recognized as a Young and Aspiring Association Professional through the Associations Trends Magazine and for the Presidential Leadership Award through the ICRC, the Young Professional Achievement Award through the Alverno College Alumni Association, the Distinguished Graduate Student Award through Springfield College and was featured in the “35 under 35 – Faces of the Future Leadership of Milwaukee”, through the Milwaukee Magazine.
