Name Badge Order Form
For Professional Practical Placements students are required to wear a Curtin name badge.
Price: Magnetic or Pin badges: $19.80 (GST inclusive) + postage costs of $2.50 with payment.
NB: The Guild is not responsible for lost mail or any damages once the badge has been dispatched.
How to Order:
Directly through the Guild Copy & Design Centre, lodge the form by either of the following;
 Go into the guild personally at the Bentley campus
