Treasurer report- Currently have 2521.17 in account
Discussed Lincoln Day Dinner- Menu will include Sirloin Tips w/mushrooms, Grilled Chicken w/rice,
Twice Baked Potatoes, Green Beans, Salad, rolls, and deserts from Avi.
Need to have volunteers to meet at the Extension Office to set-up and decorate at 1pm. All that can
help are welcome.
Reviewed advertising and discussed the need to use social media to get out the word.
Mike will use email and it is strongly encouraged to have everyone forward the emails out to their
friends and family.

guests
Please post event on facebook and share with community. We need a good turnout and the more we
share information with our friends the better we are viewed within the county.
Mike is going to send invitations out to all Republican Candidates and all non-partisan candidates, as
well.
We will have a silent auction and will need help to run the auction the night of the event.
Featured Speaker will be Hal Heiner, Candidate for Ky Governor.
We will hear from Mark Hart, Candidate for State Representative. and we will allow all candidates 2
minutes to introduce and tell us about themselves.
Linda Furnish has ask for additional Republican Pole Workers. Some of our workers are running for
office and this has reduced the number available. We need to make sure we have plenty of workers
available on Election Day. If you can participate, please contact Linda Furnish as soon as possible.
We had our first meeting with participants using Skype. Scott Sullivan was our first test and it worked
well. Cynthia Sullivan distributed a sheet to help set this up on your own computer. She will add this
to the website, as well.
