CGC1P: Geologic Eras
Using your notes from class and the information in the textbook, I'd like
you to demonstrate your knowledge of the earth's geologic eras (and help
your classmates to remember) in one of the following ways:
A. Draw a comic strip depicting the eras using pictures and word
bubbles. Your comic strip must have a minimum of six boxes.
B. Write a poem about the geologic eras using rhyming structure.
Your poem must have a minimum of four verses.
C. Perform a rap or a song to the class about the geologic eras.
Your song must be a minimum of two minutes. You may bring
music or an instrument to accompany you.
D. Act out a short skit showing what happened in each era – you
may want to bring in some props/costumes for this.
Choices A and B are individual assignments. If you elect to do options C or
D, you may work in a group of up to 3 students (but know that I expect
more from a group, and each member must contribute equally).
This project is due on Tuesday November 1st.
