Pipe bending
1) Qualify the profile layout template as per drawing & qc plan.
2) After bending pipe checked with profile lay out template.(except
pipe diameter)

Coordinating Surveillance (third party inspection ISRO – VSSC, LPSC).
1) Ensuring all process with documents…like. Heat treatment, welding,…
2) Ensuring all dimensions with reports (maintaining repeatability )
3) Maintaining satisfaction in third party inspection


Coordination with material department
1) Maintaining traceability for raw materials in all stages of manufacturing
(With RMC or IDN NO)
2) Updating Raw materials receiving & issuing details as per
requirements.
3) Material issuing as per material allotment sheet, material supply
data sheet & Rmcc……….

Full responsibility for quality of product

Responsible for testing instruments and gauges calibration.

Preparing inspection reports - dimensional, material test certificate, heat
treatment, welding, dye penetrant test ….

Instrument Knowledge ; Digital height master ,Vernier caliper, inside micro
meter, external micrometer ,depth micro meter, ball point micrometer, bore
dial gauge , depth vernier,vernier bevel protractor, internal dial caliper, slip
