JOB PROFILE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
(QC Engineering: Inspection & Development)
(Developments & production of different types Steam Turbine Guide Blades (4mm Sheet SS409M),
Main oil pump Casing, impellers, Governor Assy.)
 Preparation of bill of material Indenting and purchasing
 Machining of all components (In house & vendors end)
 Responsible for - Customer Inspection and Third Party Inspection of Product
 Planning and prioritizing the work and responsible for Inspection for all machining, casting
product.
 To conduct the Trials in-house on development as well as on benchmarked samples.
 Engineering test data collection & analysis, interpretation and support in design & product
improvements.
 Responsible for analysis of any premature failure observed during testing along with concern
designer.

To provide the inputs for the budget allocation.

Procurement of all goods related to QC Department.

Responsible for Management Review Meeting and Preparation of monthly reports (MIS).

To ensure zero defect in BOP item and take necessary action in case of Deviation.

Carry out DOL activity of child component.
