Process Audits, layout Inspection.

Correction & Preventive Action on Months Non-Confirmatory Reports.
Providing Training related to “5’s activities to Operators.
Process improvement through Kaizen activities in Shop floor.
Responsible for incoming and finished goods part inspection.
Overall Responsible for Incoming Quality & Layout Inspection.
Knowledge of the sheet metal parts & rubber moulding parts.
Preparation of Dimension and Visual Inspection Standards.
Initiation, Preparation & implementation of Quality Work Instructions.
To strive for effective implementation of 5’S activities, Visualization, Kaizens.
Overall Responsible For Jig’s & Fixture Validation.
Knowledge of the sheet metal parts & rubber moulding part
Responsible for Man Power handling.
