5:30 p.m. – CITY MANAGER’S CONFERENCE ROOM
COUNCIL WILL CONDUCT AN EXECUTIVE SESSION PRECEDING THE
REGULAR MEETING UNDER C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(F) TO DISCUSS PERSONNEL
MATTERS
Clark moved to appoint judges for a two year term and schedule them
during those two years at Council’s discretion. Peggy Cole seconded
and motion carried 6/0. (Brinkman was absent.)
Phil Cernanec moved to come up with a more permanent solution to the
judges in 6 six months. Cole seconded and motion passed 6/0.
(Brinkman absent.)
Council moved to go into an executive session to discuss personnel
matters. Motion passed 7/0.

Section 10-4-4 (B) 2.6 pertaining to pigeons Passed 7/0.
d) Resolution Approving an Intergovernmental Agreement with Arapahoe County Regarding
Ensor Property Acquisition – Passed 7/0.

a) An ordinance on second reading granting a Conservation Easement for Ensor Property –
Passed 7/0.
b) An ordinance on second reading amending city code Sections 10-1-2, 10-3-2, 10-8-2 and
adding Section 10-4-15 relating to Animal Boarding and Care Facilities – An
amendment was offered by Cole to have the fence 6 feet tall and
angled in and Cernanec seconded. Motion passed 6/1 with Jose
dissenting. Main motion passed 7/0.

a) Motion to authorize Personnel Service Agreements for Interim Municipal Judges – Item
was postponed indefinitely.
