RULES OF PARTICIPATION
1. Non-governmental organisations may participate in 6th Szczecin Non-Governmental Organisation Meeting,
hereinafter called the Event, which will take place between 12 a.m. and 5 p.m.
2. The event is organised by the Office for Non-Governmental Organisations of Szczecin Municipal
Government, hereinafter called BOP.
3. The Event will take place within the area enclosed by the following streets: between the Grunwald Square
Armii Krajowej, ul. Karola Szymanowskiego, Michała Kleofasa Ogińskiego, Stefana Moniuszki, Piotra
Skargi in. Jasne Błonia im. Jana Pawła II and Jan Kasprowicz Park up to ul. Fałata.
4. No fees shall be charged for participation except for a fee for a tent with equipment (a table, two seats, a
board with the organisation's name and stand number) hereinafter called the Stand.
5. The fee totals PLN 30 and shall be used exclusively to cover the expenses of stand preparation for the
organisation.
6. The Organisation shall cover all cost amounting to no more than PLN 300 in the event of any part of the
equipment referred to in point 4 be lost or damaged. The amount shall be paid to a given bank account.
7. The fee shall be paid to the following bank account:

8. The requests for participation will be accepted by 28 May 2007.
9. Should the organisation withdraw from the Event later than on 28 May 2007 or fail to appear at the stand on
the day of the event until midday, the fee shall not be returned. A stand which has been paid for but is not
used 12.00 shall be eliminated.
10. The organisation office of the event - where the stand is handed over and accepted by the organisation - is
open 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. on the day of the Event.
11. The stand shall be handed over and accepted on the basis of a handing-over document.
12. Electricity is available only at selected stands, located at ul.Ogińskiego; there are a limited number of stands
with electricity.
13. Cars shall be allowed to enter the location of the Event under the sole condition of a Request of Participation
being presented. Entering plane alleys by car with the aim to transporting materials needed for putting up a
stand shall be allowed only between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
14. The stands shall be allocated to organisations, in the order in which the requests for participation are
received by BOP and no claims of organisations will be accepted, especially those regarding stand location.
15. The request for participation shall be deemed complete if the request form is filled in and the payment made
(original or certified copy).
16. The organisations which want to present their achievements in the form other than a stand, are requested to
agree all presentation arrangements with BOP.
17. Any requests concerning presentation duration, its form or location will be accepted insofar as it is
reasonably practicable as provided for in the Event scenario.
18. One organisation may occupy one stand.
19. BOP reserves the right to change the scope of services offered on the day of the Event.
20. BOP reserves the right to cancel the Event for reasons not dependent on the organiser.
