Our Team Will be: Available to work on a flexible basis to meet customer and client needs DBS cleared Given access to professional training, caseload management and professional supervision Drawn from a range of social, ethnic and economic backgrounds, including faith groups and the voluntary sector Given clear guidelines based on legal and ethical protocols Required to observe protocols related to confidentiality and information sharing In Delivering Our Service We Will Work with existing agencies Move from the concept of “referral” to “communication” Apply flexible approaches to needs including Home visits and support strategies For the future Development of supported e-learning Apply high level professional and ethical standards Work with parents and communities Signpost` “best fit to need” agencies With suitably qualified and experienced people with complimentary skills and experience. Evaluation CASE WORK EVALUATION We will deploy the GAS (Goal Attainment Scoring) system of evaluation. This is used in similar circumstances and allows us to evaluate predicted and required outcomes in the context of case work complexity OTHER TECHNIQUES We will develop satisfaction and attainment criteria specific to the requirements of individual projects and interventions.
