receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
2.
Installation Duration: 60 calendar days after receipt of
Notice to Proceed (NTP).
Bidders who already purchased the bidding documents are reminded to use
the attached Amended Ombudsman Bid Form Nos. 1A, 1B, 1C (Technical
Proposals) and Amended Ombudsman Bid Form Nos. 2A, 2B and 2C
(Financial Proposals) in lieu of the bid form previously issued.

the installation of works requiring demolition.
d. Warranty

 Parts and labor – 1 year
 With free quarterly cleaning of airconditioning unit within
one (1) year warranty period
e. Delivery and Installation Period: 14 calendar days after
receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
