The DSQ captures intakes of fruits and vegetables, dairy/calcium, added sugars, whole grains/fiber, red meat, and processed meat. NHANES 2009-2010 also uses DSQ. The student researcher would download data from the DSQ LIFT UP-specific researcher site and analyze the data using SAS. The student researcher will assess LIFT UP participants’ responses compared to a national average (NHANES) as well as track LIFT UP responses over time.
