REMARKS: The DeVry team of Darryl Bartshe, Jeremiah Irish, Todd Pavlik, Russel
Schrotberger and Donald Waring did an excellent job of creating and developing the
plan for their assigned senior project at UMB Bank. They acted in a professional
manner and met all deadlines. I would recommend that UMB and DeVry enter into
similar agreements in the future.
