General Changes/Improvements
Permissions

The Permissions feature throughout T-Square has
switched/transposed the roles and options for easier reading. Some options
have new, clarified wording that is specific to the tool. Below is the
Permission screen for Resources
Add Attachments:

Throughout T-Square when Instructor/Admins click to Add
Attachment they are given the option of selecting from Resources and/or
uploading a new document.

Students are given access to their files in dropbox, MyWorkspace, and
other sites in which they have privileges, or they can browse their computer.
Assignments:

Instructors will be able to grade and comment on submissions without
releasing them to the students, until they are ready to release them either all
at once, one at a time, or by group/section.

student drafts will be gradable and at due date will change status
from draft to submitted eliminating the guess work of whether a student did
or did not do the assignment on time.

When grading assignments there is an expandable view of the
Assignment Details as a reminder to the grader. (See above capture).
When choosing to add an assignment to the Gradebook, you can
include the assignment within its proper category (if you have elected to use
categories in your Gradebook).

Three new options: Model Answer for graders to use; Private Note for
graders or individuals graders, All Purpose item to leave messages for students
in groups or individually.


Improved Tests & Quizzes default interface offers dropdown options
for all quizzes to improve navigation and reduce clicking.

Quiz creation
a. importing from Respondus files (from other systems and/or publisher
text banks).
b. Use the original method using the online form and template provided
c. Use a new simple markup approach (see captures that follow)


Question Pools can be shared with admins within that site. Note you
can rescind the sharing of your pool(s). All original and shared Question Pools
are available to the designer throughout T-Square. Pools are linked to
individuals and not to particular sites.
