Frameless Glass Instructions Door and Panel Step 1 From the opposite wall of the door and return panel measure 880mm and make a mark. This is the outside measurement for your wall channel. Plumb this mark up the wall to give you the outside mark for your wall channel. Step 2 Mark and drill 2 holes in the wall channels lining up the grout Lines were possible. The top hole should be within 100mm of the top of the channel and the second should be within 500mm. Please use silicone in the screw before fixing. Step 3 Measure 880mm off the return panel wall and place a mark. Then measure from the front edge of the wall channel to this mark. This now gives you your floor channel measurement. Cut the floor channel ensuring the correct 45 is on the correct end. Step 4 Cut 2x 5mm thick packers from the rubber blocks supplied and place in the channel to support the glass. Note: you can adjust the thickness of the packers to raise or lower the front edge to plumb the glass. Step5 Installing the glass into the channels Run silicone along the inside of the inner edge of the channel and Install the glass. Place the wedges supplied on the outside of the glass to push glass back against the silicone. Clean of any excess silicone and leave for 12hrs. Step 6 Measure 605mm from return Glass Panel, place a mark. Then measure from outside of door return channel to this mark and cut floor channel for door hinge panel and silicone in place. Step 7 Repeat step 4 & 5 with the door return panel and leave for 12 hrs Step 8 Sit in place top support panel which is supplied with the provided clips. Plumb return panel and secure by tightening the clips Step 9 Fit hinges to the hinge panel and tighten. Step 10 Fit Handle to door. Step 11 Fit door panel flush with top of hinge panel. Allow a 2.5mm gap either side of the door. Step 12 Remove wedges from outside and hinge panels and seal with silicone. Step 13 Run a bead of silicone down the outside of the wall and base channels. This seals the channel to the tiles. Please Note; these instructions are written to suit level floor and wall situation. Measurements will vary if wall and floor are not level. Frameless Glass 1200 x 2000 x 12mm Walk-In Panel Installation Step 1 Measure off the opposite wall of where you wish to install your 1200 x 2000 x 12 mm panel.
