From Interstate 471 North, exit at exit number 4/Route 1120. Exit onto Memorial Parkway.
Continue for 0.3 miles. Memorial Parkway becomes 10th Street. Continue for one mile. Turn right onto Central Avenue. Continue for 0.2 miles. Turn right onto West 8th Street. The site is on the right.
From Interstate 471 South, exit at exit number 4/Route 1120. Exit onto East 10th Street toward
Newport. Continue for 0.9 miles. Turn right onto Monmouth Street. Continue for 0.1 miles. Turn left onto 9th Street. Continue for 0.3 miles. Turn right onto Central Avenue. Continue for 0.1 miles.

From Interstate 75 North, exit at exit number 191/12th Street. Turn right onto 12th Street.

Food
Breakfast: Served at the Comfort Suites
Lunch: Provided at the training session
Dinner: Teachers staying overnight will be reimbursed $15 for dinner. You have to be traveling after 9 p.m. to be able to claim dinner on the way home.

What to Bring
Coaches should bring the following:
Cognitive Coaching Hardback Text and Learning Guide Workbook
Coaching tools, forms, files, etc. that you’ve created or found – to share with others
Laptop if you have one (hotel has free internet)
Reimbursement
Hotel charges will be taken care of. You may fill out a travel voucher for meals and mileage after you arrive. Have your school secretary invoice Wanda (WKU) or Gary (KCM) for the cost of your substitute teacher. Your school is responsible for scheduling and paying the sub, then we will reimburse this outlay. Reimbursement forms will be available at the training.
