You choose the challenge right for you! Take on this challenge that will increase your cardiovascular health, help you lose weight and possibly get you ready for your first race of the season. First decide if you would like to walk or run (or both!) your miles and which challenge you would like to try; 30 or 50 miles. Keep track of your miles by taking a calendar and logging your miles each day. Once you complete the challenge, fill out a raffle ticket at the service desk to be entered into the drawing, you may win a $25 gift card!
