Youth explore ideas around sustainability using ‘Theatre Sports” A 3-day workshop at Shopfront leads to this showcase. Winners of the 2010 Poetry & Prose competition will be announced with readings, refreshments and books books books. Library to celebrate new young creative writers group with launch of their first collection. Resourceful Australian Indian Network together with Abhinay Indian School of Performing Arts & Council present this festival for the whole community – adjacent to Hurstville Oval. To be introduced by the film makers including Virginia Field, “This film is about everything – about every Aboriginal person who has a relationship with a non-Aboriginal person” Abhinay Indian School of Performing Arts will visit all our Child Care Centres to share some Hindi culture, language, dance, and sweets.
