Project Objectives The primary objective of the project is to create a set of university-approved and faculty-approved faculty departmental webpages and group webpages for the Chemistry and Biochemistry Department of USC. Assumptions There will be no out-of-pocket expenses UTS Training will be sufficient Website Forms will not fit into the project scope (subject to change this Project Charter based upon The Capstone Team’s evaluation of webpage-building execution) If web forms are added to the Project Charter, then the required software will be provided by USC or UTS Critical Success Factors Per created webpage, a signed checklist by Nancy Blaisdell and/or Virginia Rogers All webpages adhere to UTSs pre-defined web standards and formatting The faculty departmental and faculty group webpages are finished by 4/27/15 (the last day of Spring 2015 classes) Major Project Milestones and Phases Phase One – Planning a. Signed Project Charter (2/12/15) b. Website Training Completed (2/12/15) Phase Two – Faculty Webpages a. Sample Faculty Departmental Webpage Approved (2/19/15) b.
