I have created, maintained, and upgraded all technical aspects of an online retail website, going back to
its creation in 1998, providing solutions to allow a small operation of less than 5 people to manage
hundreds of customers per day in a multimillion dollar revenue business. Some of the most important
features include extensive customer and supplier order automation, in-house customer service interface
improvements, customized administrator reports & views, and regular changes to the payment
processing interface. All work has been done in Perl/HTML on Apache/UNIX (FreeBSD), not counting
setup and maintenance of the in-house windows network used by other employees.

I helped create this underground electronic record label and internet radio station over 12 years ago and
continue to upgrade and maintain it. The record label duties include maintaining the label and artist
websites, handling all online media from audio to video, and all desktop publishing including CD
layouts for over 90 releases. The radio station duties include maintaining the website with archives and
podcast feed, and recording and storage of weekly radio shows.
