take photographs, audio and video images of myself and property I represent located at

I further grant permission to Jones-Blair to use these images, voice and/or likeness of
myself and represented property in promotional and professional materials, in any form,
including without limitation on Jones-Blair's website, and for similar editorial, trade,
advertising, and marketing purposes. I further acknowledge and agree that there will be
no royalties or other payments, in any form, owed to me in connection with Jones-Blair's
use of these likenesses, voice, and/or images of myself and properties I represent for such
purposes.
