Portfolio Task Week 1
Task 1:
‘To live a simple life with self-control and self-esteem that will help me to grow and develop
the future that I want to experience. I intend to utilize all of the talents that I possess and
participate in all aspects of my life with strength, commitment, and gratitude.’
Task 2:
In today’s session, we learned about knowledge, skills, and behavior assessment. The most
interesting information that I get today is about Personal Development Planning. You can
become a better self-manager by taking control of your studies with the help of Personal
Development Planning. The concept of personal development is much broader than career
development or self-development, as it encompasses every aspect of your life where you would
like to see personal growth. The information is helpful as my experience changed the way I
thought about myself, and I will take into account what I can improve and what I am good at.
My three strengths are academic writing, self-management, and Problem-solving skills. In
order to reach your potential, you need to continually assess your life goals and values and
develop your skills and qualities. To achieve their goals and better themselves, many people
exercise their personal development skills throughout their lives. Likewise, I could better
understand myself if I analyzed myself more thoroughly, as I never credit myself for the
achievements I made. In order to improve my skills, I will face my fears and try to overcome
them. I will reflect more and ask for feedback more frequently.
