Cisco 라우터에서 관리자가 패스워드를 잊어 버렸을 경우 패스워드를 복구해야 한
다. 패스워드 복구 방법에 대하여 기술하라.
1. PC의 COM포트와 라우터의 콘솔포트를 콘솔케이블로 연결한다.
2. PC의 전원을 ON후 Emulator(Hyper Terminal)를 실행시킨다.
- 연결 등록정보란에 포트지정 및 포트설정을 한다.
- 속도: 9600bps, 데이터비트: 8, 패리티: 없음, 정지비트: 1
3. 라우터에 접속후 Show Version을 사용하여 Register값을 확인한다.
- 0x2102 또는 0x102임을 확인
4. 라우터의 전원을 OFF후 ON한다.
5. 전원을 ON후 60초 이내에 Break Key(CTRL+Break, CTRL+C)를 누른다.
- > 프롬프터를 확인할 수 있다.
6. > 프롬프트 상에서 o/r 0x42를 입력한다.
- Flash를 사용할 경우: 0x42
- Flash가 지워진 상태나 미설정인 경우: 0x41
(0x41를 사용하면 구성을 보거나 지우기만 할수 있고 패스워드는 변경할 수 없다.)
7. > 상태에서 i 를 입력하면 구성된 환경을 무시하고 라우터가 Reboot 된다.
8. 모든 SetUp 물음에 No라고 답한다.
9. Router> 상태에서 enable을 입력하면 Router# 상태로 들어갈 것이다.
(Priviledged Mode)
- config term 모드에서 enable password 등록
Router#conf t ↙
Router(config)#enable password ***** ↙
- CTRL + Z로 빠진후 Write 한다.
10. Start-up Config를 Running-config로 복사
- Router#copy start runn ↙
11. Config-Register 설정
- Router#conf t ↙
- Router(config)#config-reg 0x2102 ↙
- Router(config)#Ctrl + Z ↙
- Router#write ↙
12. Reload 한다.
- Router#reload ↙
