Candidates clearing medicals are asked to forward their three consective months salary for the salary fitment. 8. Getting the candidates on Board. (Induction) 9. Keep track and follow-up for confirmation, transfer, resignation, settlement etc. B) Training & Development: Sending out nominations mails, getting confirmations of the participants, maintaining database, Venue Booking, Clearing Bills. The Process Followed: 1. Identifying training needs based on gaps identified through performance assessment. 2. Sending out mails to different area heads for the conformation of their team mates for the nominated training 3. Organizing the training requirements (Training study material, Stationary, Audio Visual equipments) from the different vendors. 4. Coordination with the internal and external faculty. 5. Getting Attendance done on the first day of the Training. 6. Conduct pre and post training test & evaluations and assess the effectiveness of training programmes. 7. Prepare the Feedback Analysis per program. C) Statutory Compliances: Assisting HR- Executives in Statutory Compliances, making annual and monthly reports. (Contract of labour act, maternity benefit, shops and establishments etc, etc.) D) Exit Function: Exit Interview Process, Full & Final Settlements, executing the Exit Formalities. The form is then filled by the person himself followed by the senior person (latter procedure can be proceeded by face to face /telephonic conversation) 3. All the forms (hard/soft copy) are then forwarded to the HR department within a specified time limit for the collation of the same. 4.
