Roles & Responsibilities
A) Recruitment Function: Identifying candidates, Screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing appointment Letters,
Reference checks and cross verification of candidates with previous organizations. Medical coordination. Work on
Adrenalin.
The Process Followed:
1. Requisition posted on Job Street by the HOD.
2. Working on the positions. (Job portals, Referrals, Head Hunting, Consultants)
3. Preliminary Short listing (telephonic round)
4. Sending the profile to the concerned person.
5. Getting Interviews done. (In the branch, VC)
6. Coordinating in getting their medical done.
7. Candidates clearing medicals are asked to forward their three consective months salary for the salary fitment.
8. Getting the candidates on Board. (Induction)
9. Keep track and follow-up for confirmation, transfer, resignation, settlement etc.
B) Training & Development: Sending out nominations mails, getting confirmations of the participants, maintaining
database, Venue Booking, Clearing Bills.
The Process Followed:
1. Identifying training needs based on gaps identified through performance assessment.
2. Sending out mails to different area heads for the conformation of their team mates for the nominated training
3. Organizing the training requirements (Training study material, Stationary, Audio Visual equipments) from the
different vendors.
4. Coordination with the internal and external faculty.
5. Getting Attendance done on the first day of the Training.
6. Conduct pre and post training test & evaluations and assess the effectiveness of training programmes.
7. Prepare the Feedback Analysis per program.
C) Statutory Compliances: Assisting HR- Executives in Statutory Compliances, making annual and monthly reports.
(Contract of labour act, maternity benefit, shops and establishments etc, etc.)
D) Exit Function: Exit Interview Process, Full & Final Settlements, executing the Exit Formalities. Relieving Letter

1. Promotion Interview from officer to executive level.

3. Workshop Includes: GD, Committee exercises, Group Task & personal Interviews.

Roles & Responsibilities
A) Recruitment Function: Recruitments were done from executive level to managerial level. Channels used for
recruitment were: job portals, referrals, and consultants & head hunting. It was a strictly time bound function.
THE PROCESS FOLLOWED.
1. Requisitions were received from the HOD about any vacancy.
2. Short-listing of resumes (through: employee referrals, consultants job portals and head hunting).
3. Telephonic Interview followed by the lining up the candidates for the Interview.
4. Selected candidates were asked to join.
5. Induction of the new joinees.
B) Performance Appraisal Function: It is done once in a year.
THE PROCESS FOLLOWED.
1. A formal email is sent along with the soft copy of the Performance Appraisal Form stating the procedure
for filling the form.
2. The form is then filled by the person himself followed by the senior person (latter procedure can be proceeded
by face to face /telephonic conversation)
3. All the forms (hard/soft copy) are then forwarded to the HR department within a specified time limit for the
collation of the same.
4. A ppt is to be made on the collected data (increment, promotions etc.)
C) Training And Development: It was done internally and externally.

1. The H.O.D identifies the person for the specific training.
2. Co-ordinating with the external faculty.
3. Taking the feedback from the Participants.
D) Employee Engagement: This included various activities engaging the employees.
