‫תיאור הקורס‪:‬‬
‫האו"ם משקף וגם מעוות את תמונת המציאות של המערכת הבינ"ל‪ .‬הקורס יציג את המתח בדיפלומטיה‬
‫האו"מית עם המציאות על מרכיביה השונים‪ :‬בתחום המשפטי‪ ,‬ביחסי הכוח הפוליטיים ובדינאמיקה‬
‫הדיפלומטית‪ .‬ננתח את פעילות גופי האו"ם‪ :‬מועצת הביטחון‪ ,‬העצרת הכללית‪ ,‬המזכ"ל‪ ,‬סוכנויות האו"ם‬
‫וכוחות האו"ם‪ .‬נציג את ההתפתחות ההיסטורית של הארגון‪ ,‬יחסי מעצמות וגושים והשינויים לאחר סיום‬
‫המלחמה הקרה שהביאו לעלייתה של תפיסת ההתערבות ההומניטארית‪ .‬דגש מיוחד יינתן למעורבות‬
‫האו"ם בסכסוך הישראלי‪-‬ערבי והבעיה הפלשתינאית תוך כדי מעקב צמוד אחר הדיונים באו"ם‪.‬‬

‫נוכחות והשתתפות פעילה בשעורים‪ .‬קריאת חובה ‪#‬‬
‫השתתפות‪ 2 ,‬בקורות על מאמרים (בהתבסס על ‪ 3‬מקורות מהרשימה ולא רק מאמרי עיתונות)‪ .‬את‬
‫הביקורות יש להגיש לפני תחילת השיעור בנושא‪ .‬נייר עמדה או הצגת רפרט של ‪ 10-15‬דק' בנושאי‬
